UN-SULPHURED (naturel)
Such these type apricots are apricots that have not been exposed to any sulfur dioxide, which only dries under the effects of natural sun. Therefore its color is traditional brown after drying progress under the sun. Sulfur content is clearly zero.
INDUSTRIAL
These are the rest of the processed dried apricots, a type of product obtained by picking products that are thought to be damaged due to crushing, color tone differences and the like, and which are removed from the production line during the process. It is used for industrial purposes as a raw material input in productions such as medicine, confectionery, canned food, jam, Turkish delight, cake, etc.
